1. Time-based bookings (massage, tour guide): a deposit of 15-20% of the total is required. Bank transfer, GCash, credit/debit card, Alipay and WeChat Pay are accepted. The booking is confirmed by the manager in charge, and the balance is paid directly to the therapist, guide or staff member.
2. House rentals: full payment is required to complete the booking. Bank transfer and credit card only.
3. Massage shops: follow the shop's own booking system.
4. Therapy booths: a 15-20% deposit is required; the balance is paid directly to the therapist.

If the booking is not confirmed, the deposit is refunded right away (GCash refund, card authorization cancel, Ali/WeChat Pay cancel).
